"My partner and I built our first home with Metro Homes having visited their Seaford display home. Our sales person was great and went above and beyond with answering all our questions and adjustments that we made.

Our selection process for the most part went smoothly, however, it was not until our final selection appointment that we found out that our land was not fully cut and retained, which was how the package was sold to us. When asking for a price for the additional cut and retaining the price provided was ridiculously overpriced.

Our site supervisor managed our build really well and we caught up with him regularly throughout the build. He was supportive of us having a building inspector during the different stage completion reviews. Additionally, he let us get our own contractor to do the backyard cut and retaining which was great! He was especially great when we had two break-ins just before our PCI and acted promptly to fix the damages.

The workmanship for the most part is very good, there are just a few little issues.

This build has definitely been a big learning experience and we would build again with Metro."
